Using a rub on meats prior to grilling can infuse many of the same flavors as a marinade but provide a nice flavored crust as well. This rib rub seasoning can be used for all meats, but we love it on ribs.
Just like a marinade it will really infuse the meat if you let the meat rest overnight with the rib rub seasoning generously rubbed on the meat and in a sealed bag. Separate yourself from the rest.
Don’t just sprinkle some salt and pepper on your meats, use a blended rib rub seasoning full of herbs and spices to kick up the flavor in your meats.
